Crossing the Bridge Restoring Men” is a comprehensive initiative led by Rev. Dr. Rodney Coles Sr., Robert Williams, and Tom Kulikowski through Churches Outreach Network/Interfaith Clergy. The program equips fathers with the tools they need to become responsible parents and active, engaged leaders in their families. Services include fatherhood education, job coaching, digital training, child‑support and legal guidance, peer support groups, referrals, mediation, men’s health education, transportation assistance, and ongoing mentorship. Innovative programs such as “Jobs Not Jail” and the annual Father and Men Conference further strengthen men spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
